"RUCITEME" KARYENDA CULTURE DE BUYENZI
Burundi drummers, as they are called because of their percussion instruments, will offer impressive performances for the eyes and ears. This type of group has always been honoured at the official receptions of the King of Burundi, in order to gather his subjects and bring joy and peace to his people. For the RFI, the drummers of «Ruciteme» will be accompanied by dancers who will illustrate the importance of certain animals of the country: the lion and its legendary strength, but also the cow and the vital needs related to this animal.
